Some of the attractions on our passes require a reservation. You'll find all the info you need to make a booking at these attractions here!

Book your cruise up to 3 days in advance on the Boston Harbor Cruise website.
You'll need your pass numbers to reserve your spot. Please note that your pass must be valid at the time of your visits.
Plans changed? No problem, you can manage your booking by clicking 'Manage Booking' on the Boston Harbor Cuise website. Changes may also be made onsite at the City Experiences ticket booth on Long Wharf.

Reservations must be made online and are available same-day only with your Go Boston pass number.

Visit the Boston Children's Museum ticketing site and click ‘Discount Programs’. Click the drop-down arrow next to ‘Reserve Corporate, Mathworks, Go Boston and Military tickets’, then use the black box to select your date and time. Scroll down to ‘Go Boston Pass Reservation’ and choose the number of tickets you need, then add to cart to book.

Please note: a credit card is required to reserve your spot, however, you will only be charged if you do not show up with a valid pass or do not cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.

To make a reservation, please book online. Click on the Go City® link toward the bottom of the page to select your tour time and the number of adult and child passholders taking the tour. You'll need to enter your individual pass numbers as well as a credit card number to hold your reservation. The credit card will only be charged if you do not show up for the tour.
If you prefer, you may call the office at (212) 913-9780, with your credit card number. Once your booking is confirmed, the departure point will be provided to you.
