: Getting in
Just show your pass when boarding or to a staff member at a Big Bus stop, and they'll scan your pass and give you a paper ticket to use each time you hop on and off.
You'll need to hang on to your paper ticket for the next day too.

Your Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour ticket is valid for two consecutive calendar days. So, if your pass is scanned on a Monday, you can use your Hop-On Hop-Off ticket until the last tour on the Tuesday. It is not a 48-hour ticket.

Please contact them in advance with information about your wheelchair, including an indication of the width and weight of the chair. I recommend this tour for anyone but especiallt those that want to enjoy the sites but have mobility issues. I couldn't have enjoyed London again without these tours.

Le temps pour le parcours très long. Les travaux impact les parcours et la circulation. Il faut bien prévoir la gestion du temps. Par contre le personnel est très bien et professionnel

Commentaire en francais avec audio parfait. En revanche les circuits ne sont très bien indiqués . Entre de circuit rouge qui part soit à l’est soit a l’ouest et le circuit bleu qui fait pareil et surtout la circulation dans Londres qui est impossible. C’est trop trop long . Ne pas Penser à utiliser ce système pour vous déplacer car vous serez toujourrs en retard .
