Bookings that are cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time will not have their Pass validated, and will not have their credit/debit card charged.
Bookings will have their credit/debit card charged a fee of £20.00 per person if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time, or the guest does not attend the tour, or if the guest presents invalid passes. This cannot be refunded.
