How do I get to Chessington World of Adventures from London?
We recommend taking the train from London Waterloo to Chessington South station which takes 36 minutes. From here the park is a 15-minute walk or the number 71 bus is a 6-minute journey.
Are there any age or height restrictions for the rides?
Yes, some rides at Chessington have age, height, or health restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions vary depending on the ride, so we recommended checking the information boards at the entrance of each ride.
Can I bring outside food and drinks into the park?
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted inside but, there are loads of dining options available within the park, offering a variety of cuisines to suit different tastes and dietary requirements.
Is there a dress code for visiting Chessington?
There isn't a strict dress code, but you’ll want to be comfortable for a day outdoors with lots of walking around the park. Closed-toe shoes are recommended, especially for those planning to enjoy the rides.
