Step inside one of London’s most striking landmarks and ride the high-speed lifts up through the clouds to The View from The Shard.
The experience unfolds across multiple levels, starting with spacious indoor viewing galleries on Levels 68 and 69, where floor-to-ceiling glass gives you sweeping 360-degree views across the capital. Interactive telescopes and digital displays help you pick out everything from Tower Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral to Canary Wharf and the curve of the Thames below.
Then comes the showstopper: Level 72’s open-air Skydeck, where you can feel the breeze and take in London without glass between you and the skyline.
Whether you visit on a clear blue day, at golden hour or after dark when the city sparkles, it’s a memorable way to see London from a completely new perspective.

The Shard is made up of 11,000 glass panels on its exterior, covering a total area of 56,000 sq meters.
It's here you'll find the best toilet views in London: the restrooms are 244 meters above London with floor-to-ceiling windows offering aerial views across the city.

You can book your spot up to 30 days in advance in the Go City app. You'll need your order/pass number(s) and the email you used to purchase.

We suggest booking at least 1 week in advance as the Shard capacity is currently reduced due to a partial closure.
Plans changed?
No problem. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled booking. Please remember to arrive at your scheduled time slot for the best entry experience.

The View from The Shard will be carrying out essential improvement works between February and May 2026. During this period, certain areas of the attraction will be temporarily closed at selected times:
There will be no stair free access between Levels 68 and 69 on selected dates (April 6 – May 31). There are approximately 19 steps from Level 68 to Level 69.
Pass holders won’t have Saturday access.
Level 72 will remain closed throughout the planned maintenance.
This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.
Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.
