Give a San Antonio BCycle representative a call on 210-281-0101 (you can call 7 days a week between 7AM and 11PM CST). They'll need your 12-digit pass number, as well as your name, phone number, email address, and credit card info (your card will only be charged if you fail to return your E-Bike).
