Griffin Museum of Science and Industry
Visiting the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry is one of the top 10 things to do in Chicago - the whole family will enjoy the unique, hands-on exhibits.
What you'll do
Explore 14 acres of mind-blowing exhibits at the largest science museum in the country. It's housed in the only remaining building from the famous 1893 World's Columbian Exposition's 'White City,' and offers a variety of hands-on, dynamic activities and exhibits for guests of all ages. Get the entire experience with your Griffin Museum of Science and Industry Chicago tickets from Go City!
Venture down a makeshift coal mine, control a 40-foot indoor tornado, and display your pulse on a larger-than-life 3D model of a heart.
While the museum will no longer require guests to wear masks to enter, those exhibits, classrooms, and lab activities with limited space for physical distancing still have mask requirements. These include the Giant Dome Theater, U-505, Coal Mine, Future Energy Chicago, Dissect an Eye at MSI, and the Wanger Family Fab Lab. Your tickets give you a behind the scenes look at how industry shaped the Chicago landscape.
