What you'll do
Learn all about the Koolau Distillery story and how their famous Old Pali Road Whiskey is crafted one batch at a time with a narrated step-by-step guide by knowledgeable whiskey aficionados.
According to Hawaiian legend, the gods reside in the ever-present mist where the peaks of the Koolau Mountains meet the heavens. Tropical rainfall from this mist filters for generations through volcanic rock that then becomes the pure artesian water sourced to create Koolau Distillery's legendary whiskey, called Old Pali Road.
Along the tour, you'll discover more of what makes Koolau Distillery so unique and the steps involved in the whiskey distilling process: mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and finally bottling.
The tour concludes with a whiskey tasting and an opportunity to purchase limited-batch whiskey and other official Koolau Distillery souvenirs.

Booking required
Head to the Koolau Distillery’s website and click 'book a tour' to make your reservation.
Choose your desired date and time and then select the ‘Go City’ option. You'll need the 12-digit pass numbers for each passholder, so keep those handy!
Please note:
When you make your reservation, you will be asked for a credit card to hold it. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up or do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour date.
