Metro: Circo Massimo (B LINE) walk 1 minute to the bus stop and then take bus 118 and get off at the stop Appia Antica/Domine Quo Vadis, from this stop walk another minute to the bike rental office.

Train: Ostiense, then take the bus 30 express and get off at the bus stop Cristoforo Colombo/Bavastro or Cristoforo Colombo/Circonvallazione Ostiense and take the path Circonvallazione Ardeatina (10 minutes walk)
