If you want the city's best view, you will have to go up high. Are you you're feeling brave? Check out Tilt – a segment of the building that's tilted over the city at a 30° angle. Your bravery will be rewarded with a commanding view of the Magnificent Mile from 1,000 feet up. Probably not one for those scared of heights.
SkyDeck at Willis Tower
Some say Willis Tower gives you a better view of Chicago. On the 103rd floor, you'll find The Ledge - a series of glass bays that jut out of the building so you can see the city right beneath your feet.
Adler Planetarium
This was built on what was once an artificial island on Lake Michigan that now has a permanent land link to the city. But, you're probably more interested in what's going on above than below. There are three planetariums to choose from to get the best view of the stars and planets along with exhibitions about space exploration.
Millennium Park
This 24.5-acre green space in the heart of the city is a must-see for visitors. A former industrial wasteland, it's now a hub for cultural events and family gatherings. It's also home to the famous bean, so get your phones ready for that all-important selfie.
