Once you know your preferred visit date, please follow the link in your email to request your dated Disneyland Paris ticket using the online request form. Our customer service team will send your tickets via email.

Note: requesting a ticket activates your pass. Therefore, we recommend that you request tickets no longer than 60 days before your planned trip to Paris, but no less than one week prior to visiting Disneyland.

Guided tour in English: this tour is extremely popular and gets booked up fast. If this is one of your must-sees, please reserve your spot on Les Caves du Louvre' website at least a week in advance. If you've got children with you, please book a non-drinker spot.

The guided tour is only available in English.
