What you'll do

The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island are two of New York's most significant historic landmarks, each symbolizing American freedom and opportunity.

You'll be taken on a walking tour of Ellis Island while your guide provides the detailed history, trivia and little-known secrets. Learn all about the origin, design, and construction of the Statue of Liberty and the stories of the immigrants who arrived at the US through Ellis Island after uncertain and perilous journeys. Along the way, you'll get unbeatable panoramic views of the New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline, so take plenty of snaps.

Statue Of Liberty

You'll meet your guide at the Castle Clinton National Monument in Battery Park before hopping on the ferry to Liberty Island, home of the most famous landmark in the US. On your tour, you'll get access to the grounds surrounding Lady Liberty and your guide will be on hand to tell you all there is to know about the Statue of Liberty.

Ellis Island

Once you've taken in the views of Manhattan from Liberty Island, you'll get back on the ferry and head to Ellis Island. See where over 12 million immigrants had their first view of the US and head to the Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration. This museum is dedicated to following the immigrants' journey and how they built new communities in their new nation. You can even trace your family tree in the American Family Immigration History Center.
