What you'll do
You will explore the world of the World War II French liberation movement at the Musée de l'Ordre de la Libération.
The museum honors and preserves the heroic stories of those who were awarded France’s second-highest honor, the Order of the Liberation.
The collection of over 2,000 pieces includes covert radio transmitters, weapons, original drawings created in concentration camps, and enemy pennants claimed on battlefields in Europe and Africa. Many of the pieces were donated by those honored here – the Companions of the Liberation – or by their families.
